The Innovara iQ community is a place for NDIS providers, support coordinators, plan managers, therapists, support workers and our team to ask questions, share ideas and help each other. These guidelines keep it friendly, useful and safe.
Be kind and respectful
- Treat everyone with respect, even when you disagree
- No harassment, discrimination, threats or personal attacks
- Assume good intent and help people new to the NDIS
Protect privacy, always
- Never post participant names, NDIS numbers, health details, photos or anything that could identify a participant, worker or family
- Remove personal details from screenshots and examples
- Do not share passwords, bank details or other sensitive information
- If you see personal information in a post, please report it
Keep it relevant and genuine
- Post in the right category and use a clear title
- No spam, advertising, affiliate links or self-promotion
- Do not post legal, clinical or payroll advice as fact. Share your experience and suggest people check official sources
How moderation works
- A new member's first post or reply is checked by our team before it appears. After that, posts appear straight away
- Anyone can report a post. Posts with several reports are hidden until our team reviews them
- We may edit, hide or remove content, or suspend accounts, that break these guidelines
