This Privacy Policy explains how Innovara IQ Pty Ltd (ABN 52 702 393 119) (we, us, our) collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information through this website, innovaraiq.com.au. This policy covers our website. Personal information handled within the Innovara iQ software on behalf of our customers, such as participant and staff records, will be covered by our customer agreements and a separate product privacy statement.
What we collect
- Details you give us through our forms, such as your name, organisation, email address, phone number, role, team size, the modules you are interested in and your message
- Your answers and score if you complete our audit readiness check and choose to email the result
- Your email address if you subscribe to updates
- Basic technical information needed to run and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you complete a form, email us or contact us. We use Cloudflare to host and protect the website, including Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits without using cookies to track you across sites.

- To contact you about early access, demos, pricing and the launch of Innovara iQ
- To send updates you subscribed to, which you can stop at any time
- To run, secure and improve our website
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose you would not reasonably expect.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business, including Microsoft (email) and Cloudflare (website hosting, security and analytics). They handle information only to provide their services to us. Some of these providers may process information outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including encryption, access controls and multi-factor authentication. We keep information only as long as we need it, then delete or de-identify it.
Access, correction and unsubscribing
