Frequently asked questions
Does Innovara iQ Payroll support the SCHADS Award?
Yes. Pay rules for the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award, including penalties, allowances and public holidays, are applied to each approved shift. Always review your pay rules against the current Fair Work award.
Do I need to re-enter hours from the roster?
No. Approved timesheets flow directly from the roster and Staff App clock-ins into the pay run.
Can staff see their payslips?
Yes. Payslips are available to each worker in the Staff App.
Can I export to my accounting software?
Yes. Pay runs can be exported for your accounting system.
