About these terms
These terms explain how Innovara iQ subscriptions, free trials, the 14-day money-back guarantee and the Pioneer 100 launch offer work. They apply together with the customer agreement you accept when you subscribe. If there is a conflict, your customer agreement applies. Innovara iQ is operated by Innovara IQ Pty Ltd (ABN 52 702 393 119).
Modules, add-ons and free features
- You choose the core modules you need. Each core module is priced separately.
- Add-ons, such as Payroll and Invoicing, can be added to the core modules they work with.
- Forms and Documents, the Participant App and, with app-supported modules, the Staff App are provided at no charge.
- IIQ AI includes a monthly allowance of free credits. Additional credits can be purchased.
- Some usage-based features, such as high-volume invoice or message sending, may use credits. Credit pricing is shown before you use them.
Free trials
New customers can trial a module free of charge for the trial period shown when the trial starts. You can ask us to extend a trial, and we will consider each request reasonably. No payment is taken during a trial unless you choose to subscribe.
Billing
- Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance and have no lock-in contract. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- Annual plans give you a lower rate in return for a 12-month commitment, paid in monthly instalments. The cancellation terms for annual plans are set out in your customer agreement.
- Prices are in Australian dollars. Any applicable GST will be shown on your tax invoice.
- Card or payment surcharges, if any, are shown before you pay.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change to your subscription.
Bundle and annual discounts
- Bundle discounts apply to the subscription fees of paid core modules and add-ons on the same account: 2 items save 10%, 3 items save 15%, and 4 or more items save 20%.
- Annual plans, paid monthly, receive an extra 10% off.
- Discounts do not apply to credits, usage-based charges, surcharges or third-party fees.
- If you remove modules or add-ons, your bundle discount adjusts from the next billing period.
- How bundle and annual discounts combine with Pioneer 100 pricing will be set out in your invitation.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a module, you can ask for a refund of that module's subscription fee within 14 days of first subscribing to it. Email [email protected] to request a refund. The guarantee applies once per module per organisation.
The following are not refundable under the guarantee: payment surcharges, IIQ AI credit usage, purchased credits that have been used, usage-based charges such as message or invoice sending, and third-party fees.
Pioneer 100 launch offer
- The offer is available to the first 100 eligible organisations that register their interest and then subscribe within the time stated in their invitation.
- Places are allocated in the order registrations are received.
- Pioneer pricing will be the lowest standard subscription price Innovara iQ offers for the same modules and billing option, and applies for as long as your subscription stays active.
- Pioneer benefits such as priority onboarding, compliance library set-up and data migration help are described in your invitation.
- Registering your interest does not oblige you or us to enter into a subscription.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, and the money-back guarantee is in addition to them.
Your data
Customer data in Innovara iQ is hosted in Australia. Our Privacy Policy and customer agreement explain how we protect and handle your data, and how you can export it if you leave.
