Where is our data stored?
Customer data in the Innovara iQ software is hosted only in Australian data centres and supported only by our team in Australia.
Are you ISO 27001 certified?
Not yet. We have started the process to certify to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, which is also part of meeting the NDIA's security requirements. We will announce it when it is achieved.
Can we get security information for our due diligence?
Yes. Email [email protected] and we will send our security overview and answer your questionnaire.
What happens if there is a data breach?
We would act quickly to contain it, tell affected customers, and notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires it.
